The Hotel, Resort, and Restaurant Association of Cebu, Inc. organized yesterday a Hamburger Throw Down as part of the Taste of Cebu Expo held at Ayala Terraces Activity Court. Shangri-La Mactan‘s team bested 9 other participants from Cebu’s best hotels and restaurants to win the Hamburger making event. The winner made a guitar-shaped burger with banana chips and bread sticks as sidings. 2nd Place went to Marco Plaza’s Pizza Burger while Cebu City Marriott Hotel’s hamburger with lechon skin garnered 3rd place honors.
